Harrodsburg Man Indicted For Attempt To Commit Murder
A Harrodsburg man has been indicted on charges including criminal attempt to commit murder of a police officer related to an hours-long standoff on Mooreland Avenue on Jan. 2. According to the complaint warrant, two officers from the Harrodsburg Police Department—Patrolman Dustin Mical and Cpl. Ridge Yeast—were dispatched on a domestic dispute complaint on Tuesday, Jan. 2. Carl Gregory Isham, 52, of 940 Mackville Road, is alleged to have fired five to six rounds “from a firearm at both uniformed officers, according to a warrant.

1 arrested after shots fired at Harrodsburg hotel
HARRODSBURG, Ky. (FOX 56) — Officials asked the public Monday morning to avoid the area of a Mercer County hotel after shots were fired at officers. Mercer County Emergency Management said that around 2:35 a.m., a call came in regarding a “suicidal subject” in one of the rooms at the Quality Inn on Danville Road. When officers arrived, the armed individual allegedly shot at the responding officers.
