MEMPHIS, Tenn. — All but one eastbound lane of Interstate 40 coming into Memphis from Arkansas are closed, police reported at 9:15 a.m. Friday.
There is a crash on I-40 between Riverside Drive and Third Street. The crash is causing a major backup on the bridge.
Police advise drivers coming into Memphis from Arkansas to use the I-55 bridge.
