These days, taco fillings can vary from chicken and shrimp to beef, birria, and mushroom.

Curb your taco cravings at these two popular Media locations.

Hidalgo

A BYOB at 30 W. State Street, you can enjoy traditional Mexican dishes outdoors surrounded by festive décor.

Try Hidalgo’s flavorful flautas, with fresh queso and homemade salsa.

For something spicier, there’s the tacos Haustecos—freshly made corn tortillas topped with marinated steak, onions, cilantro, and the chef’s secret hot sauce.

Jaco Juice and Taco Bar

This trendy spot at 21 W. State Street also has a location in West Chester.

Unique fresh juices can be paired with the tacos.

The Tijuana street taco is stuffed with braised beef, chicken or pulled pork topped with sweet white onion and hot sauce.

There’s a slow-cooked pulled pork taco, finished off with a roasted poblano crema and tomatillo salsa.

A vegetable option is available with potato, kale, white bean, and cotija cheese.
