Water from the Baxter water treatment plant has had continuous testing since last Friday’s spill and the threat is officially over. The initial alert went out Sunday “out of an abundance of caution” — in case ongoing testing found contamination.

The collapse of a second-story floor inside an apartment complex near the Indiana University of Pennsylvania left a dozen people injured. Seven of them were taken to hospitals, while five were treated at the scene. According to state police, the injuries ranged from serious to minor.
