The Jones Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD) Commissioners are pleased to announce their 2024 conservation scholarship recipient. Allison Althoff will be awarded $500 at the local level and her application will advance to the regional level judging. Allison is a senior at Anamosa High School. This fall, she plans to attend Iowa State University. The local $500 scholarship is made possible by generous donors supporting the Jones SWCD’s Endowment Fund managed by the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque.
