A girl who is missing in California was spotted in Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, according to police."On March 20, 2023 around 3:00 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department spoke to a Lancaster County Children and Youth employee about a missing juvenile. It was reported that Jasmine Davis, who is missing from CA, was last seen in the Mechanicsburg area.
