A house in Gaston that sold for $1.2 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales on the northern Oregon coast in the past week. In total, 29 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $481,115, or $264 per square foot.

The Woodburn and French Prairie Kiwanis Clubs will present the 44th annual Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast for the Woodburn community on Thursday, May 2.
