As Essentia Health’s new clinic takes shape downtown, the Moorhead City Council has awarded it a tax break totaling $15 million over the next 15 years. By unanimous vote at Monday’s meeting, the Moorhead City Council approved a Renaissance Zone tax exemption for the commercial renovation project now underway at the corner of Center Avenue and Eighth Street South.
