On April 16 at 2:28 a.m., officers responded to a home on Oak Lane in Mayfield for the report of a disturbance. Police say Dolder was reportedly at the residence in violation of an active order of protection.

Dolder was allegedly involved in a physical altercation that caused damage to property while two children were present in the home. He then reportedly fled the scene on foot before police arrived, only to come back a short time later, prompting officers to return to the home.
