ATV crash claims life of Mayfield man in Marshall County

An ATV accident in Marshall County on Monday claimed the life of a Mayfield man.

Deputies said the driver, identified as 51-year-old James Burgess, appears to have lost control of the ATV during a sharp curve on Harrison Road.

The ATV flipped over and landed on Burgess.

He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Marshall County Coroner.
