WDAM 7 Morning Commute for Thursday, May 16 - Green Light Alert
PINE BELT, Miss. (WDAM) - Storm clean-up efforts continue in the western part of the Pine Belt, but most of the roadways are back to normal. Thursday morning, the Mississippi Department of Transportation issued an emergency alert for a temporary closure at the U.S. 11 ramp on I-59 N (EX 93) near Laurel. Construction crews will be working to repair a guardrail and conduct inspections until 11:30 a.m. on Thursday. Drivers should look for an alternative route.
