Disadvantaged? I guess no one has driven in there lately…. With all the dozens of cigarette and weed shops and 3 or 4 gas stations that whole place raking in 50 mil a year…. People from all over NYS go there for tax free cigs,weed and gas. Buildings are only several feet apart it’s absolutely insane what’s going on there. NYS been fighting with them for years about their cut… is like a Disneyland for smoking….no joking
