800-acre Martin County brush fire fully contained
Crews are back out Friday at a brush fire that started in Martin County Thursday.
Forest crews are combatting a 800-acre brush fire near Hungryland and SW Whitney Road in Stuart. It is fully contained at this time.

Several campers were in danger on the property, but no people are threatened, according to fire rescue.
All west entrances to Hungryland are closed and the park was evacuated. The fire was moving southwest, "deeper into Hungryland," according to fire rescue.
Bulldozers and an airplane are being used to fight the fire. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, South Florida Water Management and the Martin County Sheriff's Office are also responding.
