Battle Creek Fire Department investigates suspicious fire at abandoned gas station
BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The Battle Creek Fire Department is investigating a suspicious fire that occurred at an abandoned gas station Sunday evening. Around 6:30 p.m., firefighters were dispatched to 3 Spring Street for a report of a structure fire. Once on scene, responders found heavy smoke and fire showing from the abandoned gas station, authorities said.
