An election to fill the Marshall County Low-Income will take place Friday, June 9,2023.Voteswillbeaccepted at the polling place located at the INCA Marshall County serves individuals with lowincome in our community, including Marshall County. Therefore INCA’s board must be comprised, in part, of members who represent individuals with low-income. Board members need not, themselves be low income, so long as they are nominated and elected by the county residents with low-income. Guidelines will be posted on election day and at the polling site. The person selected does not have to meet income guidelines themselves, but mustbenominatedandvoted onbythosethatdo.Theboard position term is 3 years.

INCA Community Services is a Community Action Agency offering many programs and services like Head Start, public transportation, volunteer tax preparation, and many more services that promote self sufficiency and improve the health and welfare of our community.
