Slidell man dead after driving off Highway 90 near Bridge City, state police say
A Slidell man was killed Tuesday when he drove off U.S. Highway 90 and hit a bridge near Bridge City, according to Louisiana State Police. Xavier Gonzales, 44, was driving east on Highway 90 between Nine Mile Point Road and Seven Oaks Boulevard when he drove is 2023 Chevy Bolt off the left side of the road and collided with the supports of a bridge, police said.
