Yippee it has been a roundabout ever since I was a little girl some 70 years ago. But has caused businesses untold loss in revenues due to the disastrous mess of no parking spots all this time. Elderly people were forced to park on one side of the square to walk around the colossal mess of holes, equipment repairs and noise, and finally giving up on coming to shop or eat on the square at all!Probably the money spent will not make anymore parking available for customers to get to the restaurants or stores.
