Friday, April 12

- 17000 block of 92nd Ave. — Complaint of harassing phone call from male claiming to be Comcast customer service. When RP did not want to speak to them, caller made a harassing/threatening comment. Advised to contact Comcast customer service.

- 12000 block of Elm Creek Blvd. — Store manager advised a female was removing tags from merchandise and refuses to leave when asked multiple times. Female denied removing tags and demanded corporate phone number, was told she could Google it. Female left.

- 7000 block of Quantico Lane — Officers responded to a reported domestic. Upon arrival, a female party was spoken to, and it was determined there was not probable cause for a domestic arrest. Officer later spoke to the male at the Police Department. Due to the information shared with officer by the female, the access to weapons, and the probability of further assaults the case will be forwarded to the DVRT team for follow up.

- An 18-year-old female was cited for theft on the 9400 block of Maple Grove Parkway.

Saturday, April 13

- 6000 block of Xenium Lane — Report of mailboxes being run over sometime overnight. Damage cost $150. No suspects.

- 18000 block of 70th Way — Dispatched to a bike theft, RP stated her son had ridden his bike to Hyvee and between the hours of 1800-1900, an unknown suspect had taken the bike. An airtag on the bike was currently pinging to an address that has had numerous police contacts. Resident stated her daughters probably stole the bike. RP did not want any charges as long as the bike was returned. Bike was returned.

- 9000 block of Glacier Lane — Report of stolen or lost motorcycle tag. RP does not know what happened, last observed the tag on the motorcycle 2 days ago. Tag entered as stolen.

Sunday, April 14

- 11000 block of 80th Ave. — Report of neighboring apartment arguing. Contact made with residents who stated there was a verbal argument, however it was now resolved. Both parties stated it was verbal.

- 7000 block of Kimberly Lane — Report of an altercation between adult siblings. Parents had kicked all of them out of the house, and they were gone on officers’ arrival. Parents stated due to the recent passing of a family member, there was a lot of stress amongst the family.

- An 18-year-old male was cited for operating a vehicle with expired registration, failure to stop for traffic control signal, open cannabis package in motor vehicle, possessing cannabis under age 21, failure to drive in signal lane, and drugs at 93rd Avenue and Harbor Lane.

Monday, April 15

- 10750 89th Ave. — Officers dispatched for the report of protesters blocking roadways. Business wanted protesters trespassed and had called for tow trucks to remove their vehicles from private property. Protesters dispersed, and officers cleared the scene shortly after.

- 8000 block of Wedgewood Lane — Officers dispatched for report of a shoplifter. Caller stated a male came into the store, took a bottle of perfume and a purse, and then left the store. The male passed all points of sale without making any attempt to pay for the items. The male then got into the passenger side of a vehicle and the vehicle left. It was unknown who was driving. The total loss is $250.

- Highway 169 — Report of vehicle fire with no one inside. Multi-agency response. No injuries.

Tuesday, April 16

- 16450 County Road 30 — An unknown female approached employee with a note stating to hand over money and implied a threat. Employee pressed silent alarm and handed money to female. Female left, unknown direction.

- 11000 block of 73rd Ave. — Officers dispatched to armed robbery report. Victim had currency and marijuana taken at gunpoint by an unknown suspect who later fled the area in a vehicle. Suspect information is unknown at this time. Further follow-up will be conducted to attempt to identify.

- 12000 block of 84th Way — Officers responded to an attempted car theft, area searched and did not locate a suspect or vehicle. Officers later located an unoccupied suspect vehicle with belongings to one of the victims who recognized the belongings as his. Suspect vehicle impounded and determined to be stolen with an unreported stolen license plate.

- A 33-year-old male was cited for DWI on the 13900 block of 83rd Way.

Wednesday, April 17

- 12000 block of 66th Place — Officers dispatched to burglary in progress. A vehicle had been stolen from the attached garage of an occupied residence. No signs of forced entry, vehicle later recovered in St. Paul. No suspect information.

- 6000 block of Meadowlark Lane — Report of unknown male knocking on residents front door. Male would not leave. Officers made contact, nothing criminal.

- 17000 block of 62nd Place — After action report of a suspicious male who was claiming to be a predatory offender looking for signatures so he could babysit children again. The reporting party stated that he came onto his property and asked him to sign something and offered him a cupcake. The reporting party did not know if this was a prank or if this person was serious but he wanted it reported. It was in fact a prank.

Thursday, April 18

-9000 block of Larch Lane — Report of ongoing noise complaint against neighbor. Continually plays loud music, RP has spoken to neighbor who continues the behavior. Assisted/Advised.

- 14000 block of Territorial Road — Report of electric bikes stolen from inside garage. No suspects.

- A 55-year-old male was cited for burglary and assault on the 13500 block of 96th Place.

- A 46-year-old female was cited for driving after cancellation at Elm Creek Blvd. and Main St.

Other

- During this time period there were 13 property damage traffic accidents and 0 property damage injury traffic accidents.
