Hank Chapman and Robert M. Oley were unofficially declared winners in the four way race for Village of Manlius Trustee, according to Onondaga County Elections Commissioner Dustin Czarny.
In an Onondaga County Board of Elections Tally, Hank Chapman, a citizen candidate, received 319 votes as of Tuesday evening. Robert Oley, a member of the party "For a Better Manlius," received 338 votes. Anny Henry and M. Scott McGrew also were in the race finishing third and fourth.

The Onondaga County Board of Elections says 9 absentees and 6 unscanned emergencies will be canvassed Friday. In a tweet, Onondaga County Elections Commissioner Dustin Czarny says the margin of the race is well outside the outstanding absentee ballot margin as well as the hand count margin.
In the Village of Fayetteville Jane Rice ran unopposed for any empty trustee seat.
