The teen that was arrested following a shooting incident in Manitowoc last year has been sentenced.
18-year-old Jordan-Anthony J. Roberson was previously found guilty due to a no-contest plea on charges of Discharging a Firearm Within 100 Yards of a Building and two counts of Felony Bail Jumping, while additional charges of 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Discharging a Firearm from a Vehicle Towards a Person, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping were dismissed but read into the record.
Judge Jerilyn Dietz has sentenced Roberson to a total of 6 years and 9 months in jail, followed by 6 years of extended supervision.
He is getting credit for 378 days of time served. Roberson was arrested last February after he fired a weapon in the 700 block of South 16th Street near Westfield Park.
His mother was on record telling officers that her son admitted to being involved, claiming that he was shot at first.
