Attacker whips out knife, stabs man in neck at Manhattan Dunkin'

NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A man was stabbed in the neck at a Manhattan Dunkin', police said Monday as they released images of the suspected stabber.

The 34-year-old victim was at the Dunkin' on Lexington Avenue, near E. 126th Street, in East Harlem on the night of March 4 when he and another man briefly spoke about something around 9 p.m., according to police.

It’s unclear what the conversation was about, but at some point the man brandished a knife and stabbed the victim in the neck, police said. He then left the donut shop and fled up Lexington Avenue.

The victim was transported by EMS to an area hospital, where he was treated.
