The General Public is Cautioned Not to Approach a Fugitive From New Hampshire Who is Believed to Be Armed and Dangerous

A fugitive who is wanted for parole violations and is regarded to be armed and dangerous, Keith Alan Hutchings, is now being sought by the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, which is actively seeking the assistance of the general public in locating him.

He is wanted for breaking the terms of his parole in connection with a previous conviction for first-degree assault, in which he caused significant bodily harm to a victim by stabbing them in the neck. Hutchings, who is 32 years old, is wanted for this offense.

Having been selected as the Fugitive of the Week in April, Hutchings was granted parole once again before he escaped from supervision.

On April 25, the authorities went ahead and issued a warrant for his arrest.

According to the authorities, Hutchings is a white male who stands 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, has blue eyes, brown hair, and several unusual tattoos, including a pitchfork and a six-point Star of David.

After being involved in an automobile accident, he also has two scars on his forehead.

A history of absconding from supervision, many assaults involving the use of firearms, and burglary are all things that Hutchings is known to have committed. Additionally, he is known to abuse drugs.

It is known that he is frequently spotted in the Manchester, New Hampshire area, and he has contacts throughout Carroll County. His last known location was Madison, New Hampshire.

Because Hutchings does not possess a vehicle or a driver’s license, he may rely on other people for transportation.

In the event that Hutchings is observed, members of the public are encouraged to refrain from approaching him or making any attempt to apprehend him. Instead, they should immediately call the New Hampshire Department of Corrections at 603-271-1804, their local police department, or dial 911.
