BUT FOR EDUCATORS NOW, THIS WAS THE SCENE FROM THE 2023 EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION AWARDS. THERE ARE SOMETIMES CALLED THE EDDIES FOR SHORT. NOW, IT’S A CHANCE TO CELEBRATE THE HARD WORKING TEACHERS IN SCHOOL STAFFERS IN NEW HAMPSHIRE. THEY ABSOLUTELY DESERVE IT. One of the biggest award ceremonies for educators in New Hampshire was held Saturday.The 2023 Excellence in Education Awards were held at the Double Tree in Manchester.Affectionately called the "Eddies,” it's a chance to celebrate the hardworking teachers and school staffers in New Hampshire. WMUR's Sean McDonald was the emcee.
