Charleston animal shelter workers rescue dogs following vehicle crash
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — The Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association was heavily damaged after a U-Haul truck crashed into the building last month. The KCHA released surveillance video from inside the shelter showing the impact of the crash.
