The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department has served an arrest warrant for first-degree rape against a Madisonville man.
According to a news release, deputies served the warrant for first-degree rape against 24-year-old Brandon Morse of Madisonville at a local fast food restaurant in Madisonville on Thursday.
The charges stem from investigation into allegations that Morse used force to have sexual intercourse with a minor, female victim. The investigation continues and Morse was lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
