CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - 12 children and 4 adults were taken to the hospital following an apartment fire in Cleveland Saturday morning, according to investigators. Cleveland EMS dispatchers say crews transported the 16 occupants, all of whom were stable, to MetroHealth Medical Center for smoke inhalation following the fire, which occurred in the 4300 block of Kennard Avenue at approximately 5 a.m.
