Wallace Ferreira, 45, of Chelsea Street, Everett was summonsed Monday on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.
Luis Saniel Brens Perez, 26, of Main Street was summonsed on charges on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a number plate violation and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Assault/Dangerous Weapon
A walk-in report at 1:29 p.m. Monday of a past fight involving weapons at Friendly’s Restaurant, 250 Andover St. The parents of the victims only wanted to document the incident and did not want further police action.
Disturbance
A report at 6:37 p.m. Monday from a caller who said there was a male causing a problem at the bar at Red’s Kitchen and Tavern, 131 Newbury St. The staff asked the male to leave and he refused. The party left on his own accord but refused to identify himself to the officer.
Suspicious Activity
A report at 11:17 p.m. Monday of a female in distress on Paleologos Street. A party flagged down an officer who determined the group was having an animated conversation and all was in order.

Breaking and Entering
A report of a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 7:25 p.m. Monday at 1201 Broadway. Caller said his ID and cash was taken from his car. The matter is under investigation.
Disturbances
A report of a general disturbance at 4:01 p.m. Monday at 266 Main St. Caller said that a group of kids was climbing onto the room of the building. Dispatched officer said no one was in the area.
A report of a general disturbance at 7:25 p.m. Monday at 999 Broadway. Caller said that a white taxi cab was refusing to let them out of the vehicle and was demanding they pay more money. Dispatched officer reported that there was a misunderstanding with the payment, metro policy was explained with the passengers and they paid the amount requested.
A report of a general disturbance at 8:55 p.m. Monday at 266 Main St. Building maintenance reports a group of juveniles in the field. Dispatched officer spoke with the group who were set on their way.
Fraud
A report of identity fraud at 11:14 a.m. Monday at 13 Richard St. Party walked into the station to report fraudulent activity with her bank account.
Hazardous
A report of wires down at 8:30 a.m. Monday at 2 Venice Ave. Engine 1 was dispatched. A cable wire was pulled from the street and Comcast was notified for permanent repairs.
A report of wires down at 9:57 a.m. Monday at 73 Fairmount Ave. Caller said there were low hanging wires across the roadway. Engine 3 was dispatched and removed the cable wire.
Lost Property
Arianna Raftelis called at 2:55 p.m. Monday and reported that she had lost her wallet that had her license to carry in it. She said she believes it was lost in Andover and will file a report with them as well.
Suspicious
A report of a suspicious person at 3:50 p.m. Monday at 112 Central St. Caller reported that a man in a Nike shirt, khaki pants, and boots was going door to door soliciting work. Dispatched officers spoke with the male who is a registered solicitor.
