17-year-old arrested in shooting of another teen through Wendy’s drive-thru, police say

A 17-year-old was arrested in connection with a shooting of another teen at a Wendy’s, Lynn Police Department said.

A 16-year-old boy had been shot while working the Wendy’s drive-thru on Feb. 7, according to police. He was was transported to Mass. General Hospital with a gunshot wound to the shoulder, police said, adding it was non-life threatening.

Police said they issued a warrant for the arrested of the 17-year-old. On Wednesday, he was arrested after a car pursuit with police in Marlborough, police said.

Police said he will face multiple charges, including armed assault with intent to murder and intimidation of a witness.
