Hot Temperatures Return
Panama City Fla. (WMBB) – It’s not uncommon to see temperatures in the upper 80s or low 90s this time of year for our area. It is however the first time this year we will be approaching those numbers. This will make it feel hot for many starting Wednesday and continuing to Saturday. Dew points will continue to rise as well allowing the air to be more humid as we move through the rest of the week. The morning hours could feature fog as we fall close to the dew point through the overnight hours. Except for high cloud cover over the coming days, the weather will be nice but warm. Sunday will bring a weak system and front to the area offering our next chance at a shower or storm. This should be fairly tame and mostly in the afternoon and overnight. A lingering shower on Monday morning is possible. On the back side of that front temps will be slightly cooler with a return to below average temps and dry air that will make the air feel nice again.
