LYNDONVILLE — A 47-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Lyndonville.
Police say they pulled over a vehicle for traffic violations on Depot Street at around 11:00 p.m. on April 30.
Following an investigation, police say that the driver, Joseph Tanner, of Lyndonville, had a criminally suspended license.
Tanner was also displaying several signs of drug impairment.
He was placed under arrest for DUI #3 and DLS.
