She and Jessica placed in six rounds and sixth in the average. The duo’s 2023 season highlights also included winning the NFR Open and the year-end title in the Badlands Circuit.
Wall girls take 5th place over Harding Co.
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - The Wall Lady Eagles returned home Saturday with the 5th place consolation trophy in hand. John Hess’ bunch delivered an outstanding performance in a 60-51 win over West River foe Harding County. Wall capped off the season 21-5 winning five of its last six games. The Eagles were led by their four seniors who scored 51 of the team’s 60 points on Saturday.

Lyman upset No. 2 Harding County in Thursday Quarterfinals
Lyman is semifinal bound! The Raiders upset two seeded Harding County 54-49 on Thursday night in Rapid City, handing the Ranchers their first loss of the season. Ball control was an issue for both squads throughout all four quarters of play as the teams combined for 54 turnovers. Mak Scott led Lyman in scoring with 15-points, while Brooke Palmer attributed 14 and Skyler Volmer had 12. Volmer also led the team in rebounds with 10.
