Sylvania and Kilburn roundabout now open after construction closure

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - City officials have announced the intersection of Sylvania Avenue and Kilburn Road is now open following roundabout construction.
The Lucas County Engineer’s Office posted on Facebook that the new roundabout opened up at 5 p.m. on Aug. 10.
The intersection had been closed since June 26.
