The Second Northern Colorado In-N-Out Could Be at This Location
It appears that the Loveland location for In-N-Out Burger will not be the only Northern Colorado. According to the Coloradoan, conceptual plans have been submitted for a second In-N-Out Burger location in Timnath.
The plans were submitted to the Town of Timnath in late May for a 3,860-square-foot building, a 1,440-square-foot outdoor patio, and a drive-thru. The proposed In-N-Out Burger location would be able to seat 134 customers at one time.

In-N-Out Burger initially wanted to have their first Northern Colorado location in Midtown Fort Collins at 1700 South College Avenue. However, In-N-Out abandoned the plans in the late part of 2020.
The proposed Timanth location for In-N-Out Burger would be close to Costco and Floor and Decor off of Weitzel Street. The current location is part of the frontage road, but it is proposed to be vacated. The planning documents state the Timnath In-N-Out Burger location would be a single-story building and would be open from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
The Town of Timnath is currently reviewing the plans from In-N-Out Burger. We will be anxiously awaiting the word of the approval for the second In-N-Out Burger location. Now, if we could get a Whataburger in Northern Colorado, we would all be in burger heaven.
