I have a question for Mayor Greenberg. What is or will be required of any new residents in a new building to replace Dosker Manor? It sounds like a lot fishy money management and no checks and balances in place to hold accountable management. Residents were not in any way held responsible for their destruction of property, their dirty apartments. It is a privilege to have a free or almost free apartment and residents need to be a partner in its care and be checked every month for compliance. Don't let section 8 any where near compliance. The section 8 residents do nothing to follow the rules.
