Sitting there without my shoes on, trying on shoes. So I was barefoot when all this happened and it like anything was out of nowhere. And, you know, like you have *** moment of surprise, but I have to say that Joe and her staff, they knew exactly how to handle it. There was no putting back on, you're running out the back. They knew exactly how to get out of that building and just kept saying, go, run, run, run and, you know, it was reassuring to know that they had *** solid plan in place and truly as *** customer, we are concerned about me. So, but *** really terrifying moment.

There was chaos at the Mall St. Matthews when gunfire rang out inside.

One person was shot when two groups got into an altercation, St. Matthews police said.
