Louisville businesses prepared for NCAA Tournament crowds
At Biscuit Belly in Louisville's Nulu district, there was a long line and every table in the breakfast restaurant was taken on Friday morning. At one table sat a customer in Princeton orange. At another, a diner sported Alabama crimson.
The NCAA regional tournament games in Louisville this weekend are expected to bring more than 20,000 people and contribute $15 million to the local economy, and the manager of Biscuit Belly, Casi Wallingford, said they are ready.
"We knew this was coming in town, so I've been talking to my entire staff for at least a month plus, and every person I have on staff is working this weekend," she said.
