THE S&P WAS UP 11 POINTS. THE MAN ARRESTED FOR SHOOTING TWO PEOPLE INSIDE A DOWNTOWN CVS STORE ANSWERED TO CHARGES TODAY. A NOT GUILTY PLEA WAS ENTERED FOR ANTHONY HOWARD THIS MORNING ON CHARGES OF ATTEMPTED MURDER, ASSAULT AND WANTON ENDANGERMENT. POLICE SAY HE SHOT HIS FORMER GIRLFRIEND WHO WAS WORKING AT THAT STORE TUESDAY NIGHT. A BULLET ALSO GRAZED A CUSTOMER. BOTH VICTIMS ARE EXPECTED TO BE OKAY.

The man arrested for shooting two people inside a downtown Louisville CVS store answered to charges on Thursday.
A not-guilty plea was entered for Anthony Howard Thursday morning of attempted murder, assault and wanton endangerment.
