The Belmont Club of Women announces its 2023 scholarship winners. Each year, the club awards scholarships to area high school seniors in the counties it represents—Louisa, Spotsylvania and Orange—to help them reach their goals though higher education.
The $2,000 scholarships are presented to students who have demonstrated a heart for service to their communities while maintaining superior academic achievement.
Winners include: Zachary Gallimore (Spotsylvania High School), Willie Wood Biscoe Scholarship; Madelyn Gray (Spotsylvania High School), Judith McKee Memorial Medical Scholarship; Escarlet Hernandez (Louisa County High School), Evelyn Ross Scholarship; Luke Jarrell (Orange County High School), Goodwin Family Scholarship.
