Both winning tickets at the same store and once again in the SAME areas of LA with the typical only 3 areas where the jackpots “hit”. Which are amazingly where a lot of illegals are. They do the SAME areas over and over. Either the highest median income brackets in the Silicon Valley area or in the Sacramento area- where it’s either the ghetto or the upper class area as “winners”. And yet they’re still trying to claim it’s not rigged… gtfoh!
