THE ACTOR, best known for his portrayal of Steve Urkel got married in a lavish ceremony amongst loved ones.

Family Matters star Jaleel White married in Los Angeles at the Riviera Country Club to tech executive Nicoletta Ruhl on May 5th.

Who is Jaleel White?

Jaleel White, 47, made his name as Steve Urkel on the sitcom Family Matters.

The show aired for nine seasons with the young star as a regular cast member, ending in 1998. 

The actor is now the author of a new book ‘Growing Up Urkel’ which comes out on November 19th. 

He also acted in "Big Fat Liar" starring Frankie Muniz and Amanda Bynes, "Scooby-Doo", "Guess Who", "Dreamgirls", "Grown Ups", and "Bones."

The 47 year old got married on Saturday to Nicoletta at the Riviera Country Club, in an 175-guest celebration, according to an interview with People. 

It is the first marriage for White who is dad to a 14-year-old daughter named Samaya, from his ex-girlfriend Bridget Hardy.

The tech executive Nicoletta Ruhl got married to the actor at the Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles on May 4.

She is the head of business development at the sports technology and gaming company, StatusPro

Ruhl got her bachelor’s degree from Yale University in 2006, before attending Stanford Graduate School of Business for a master’s degree in management and graduating in 2018.

Jaleel and Nicoletta met on the running track at UCLA where they both worked out during the Covid pandemic. 

The sports technology executive debuted her relationship with actor Jaleel White through an Instagram post on New Year’s Day in 2022.

The photo showed the pair cuddled up together as they celebrated the New Year.

In April, they were tagged by Madre Prosecco on Instagram, saying they were getting married and celebrating with the champagne. 

Last week, the couple were photographed all in white confirming their nuptials had begun as they left their engagement party

Who attended Jaleel White and Nicoletta Ruhl's wedding?

Ruhl told People of the couple's 175-guest celebration. Including a list of celebrity names: Omar Miller, Lamorne Morris, Adam Ray, Hannah Stocking, Mekhi Phifer, Allyson Felix, Camilla Belle and Sina Sadighi.

After their wedding ceremony the pair had a quick outfit change and surprised their loved ones with a choreographed dance to "Ain’t No Mountain High Enough" by Marvin Gaye.
