LeBron James' basketball-playing future has been the topic of debate in the basketball world since he hinted at retirement following the Lakers' exit from the Western Conference playoffs.
Some predict he may retire for a season before coming back to play with his son, Bronny. Others have already begun to fire up the trade simulators.
Well, on Thursday, the odds of both of those potential outcomes seemed to take a sizable hit based on a report published by ESPN . Per Dave McMenamin, a source close to James has said that he believes LeBron will return to L.A. for NBA season No. 21.
Asked whether he would consider walking away from basketball on Tuesday, LeBron's cryptic "I got to think about it" response sent the NBA world into a frenzy.
But if McMenamin's sources are accurate, it seems 'The King' will be running it back for at least one more year in Los Angeles.
