Former five-star recruit Bear Alexander swapped Georgia for USC last month, and it appears his move to LA is going quite well.

The 19-year-old defensive lineman showed off his new apartment on TikTok this week, and it's safe to say he'll be living more lavishly than most college students.

Starting the video off with a smiley selfie from his balcony, Alexander gives a tour of the space including his full kitchen, cozy living room and hotel-quality bathroom.

While it's not clear how much Alexander is paying for the apartment, one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments in downtown LA - where Alexander's space appears to be situated - range from $275k-$898k to purchase on Zillow .

Additionally, the average cost to rent a one-bedroom apartment in the area is $2,700 per month according to Zumper .

It's likely Alexander has been set up - or will be set up - with lucrative NIL deals at USC.

New teammate and Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams has an NIL valuation of $2.6million per On3 , while plenty of other players on the squad have taken advantage of their surroundings and a wide-reaching USC alumni base to earn six-figure valuations.

However, Alexander insisted in a recent interview that money was not the main factor fueling his move from Georgia to LA.

'I mean, not pretty much a big role,' Alexander told On3 of NIL.

'Like, I'm not gonna say my family necessarily come from money, but we drove a Porsche before I drove a Porsche now, so it's not really a big role necessarily. '

'I mean, it's about the program, the place, how the people, I mean, how they treat you. Those are pretty much big deciding factors for me when it comes to looking for a program.'

While Georgia won a national championship last season, Alexander played a mostly bit-part role recording just nine total tackles in 12 games.

He did, however, record a sacks and two tackles in the Bulldogs' national championship win over TCU.
