One lucky Los Angeles Dodgers fan is getting married, but is now banned from the stadium.

There will never be another Opening Day like the one this Los Angeles Dodgers fan experienced.

This guy decided he needed to tell the woman he loves more than anyone in the world that he would rather spend the rest of his life with her than to ever attend another game in-person in Chavez Ravine. He ran into the outfield to pull off the most successful impromptu marriage proposal of a lifetime. She said yes, but this dude got lit up like a freaking Christmas tree, man.

If only Lincoln Riley recruited defensive players who harder than Javon Bullard in the Peach Bowl.

Look at the happy couple who will never be able to watch a Dodgers game in Chavez Ravine again!

To give up forever being able to watch your favorite team in person is a sign of your undying love.

Could you imagine if she said no after this? Sure, she could call it off at a later date, but the dude forever gave up his chances of watching The Boys in Blue dominate during the summer, only to come up short in October, Clayton Kershaw style. If there was a power couple capable of getting Los Angeles to build a new baseball cathedral, we have no choice but to place them atop the list.

This is as ridiculous of a move as a New York Jets fan burning his vaccination card over what Aaron Rodgers said on The Pat McAfee Show. Then again, there are those people out there who will get matching tattoos with each other on their first date. There is nothing quite like doing something so permanent and totally drastic to show someone how much they mean to you. Let’s stay together!

Dodger baseball may have been a huge part of this couple’s relationship, but their future kids are probably going to have to watch Dave Roberts’ boys come up short with Mom, as Dad has to stay by the car in the parking lot and listen to it on the radio while having a few Modelos alone. That’s true love right there, the kind you find a Bret Michaels having multiple reality shows looking for it.

The only way this could have been any better is if he Kirk Gibson pumped his fist rounding second.
