Look: Julian Strawther hits incredible shot to lift Gonzaga Bulldogs over UCLA

It was another NCAA Tournament instant classic between the Zags and Bruins

LAS VEGAS - Two years ago, the Gonzaga Bulldogs beat the UCLA Bruins in the Final Four on a buzzer-beating three-pointer from Jalen Suggs.

Thursday night, history repeated itself.

Trailing 76-75 with 12.4 seconds left, Gonzaga guard Hunter Sallis brought the ball up the floor, dribbled to the middle and flipped it to a trailing Julian Strawther.

Strawther immediately rose up - with his heels on the midcourt March Madness logo - and drilled a straightaway three-pointer with UCLA's Dylan Andrews in his face.

Gonzaga 78, UCLA 76, 7.2 seconds left.

The Bulldogs survived the final seconds and advanced to the Elite Eight with a 79-76 win. There were so many storylines in this game - including Drew Timme's dominant 36-point, 13-rebound performance - but it all came down to Strawther's remarkable shot.

Here it is, in all of its glory:
