George exited the game with 4:38 remaining with an apparent leg injury and did not return.
The injury occurred late in the fourth quarter as he attempted to haul in a rebound, landing awkwardly as he collided with Thunder wing Lu Dort on the way down.
George remained on the floor for some time before he was helped back to the locker room by the team's trainers.

George exited the game with 18 points, seven rebounds and five assists.
This season, George is averaging 23.9 points, 6.1 rebounds and 5.1 assists in 55 games for the Clippers.
How long will Paul George be out?
The Clippers have yet to provide an update on George's status.
According to the L.A. Times' Andrew Grief, George was seen leaving the arena on the back of a cart, with his right leg extended.
Head coach Ty Lue addressed the media postgame, but said he was yet to see George as he was being 're-evaluated.'
