Eastern Greenbrier Middle School cross country team involved in minor bus accident

GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Earlier today, the Eastern Greenbrier Middle School (EGMS) cross-country team was involved in a minor bus accident in Summers County while en route to a meet.

According to Greenbrier County Schools, the accident involved only the team’s bus and no other vehicles.

Emergency medical services (EMS) responded to the scene and evaluated the students and staff. All reported injuries were minor.

After being checked, the team was transported back to EGMS on a different bus.

Parents were notified and picked up their children at the school.
