    Police respond to West Virginia high school following threat

    HEDGESVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Police responded to a West Virginia high school on Friday afternoon following a threat.

    According to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to Hedgesville Middle School on Friday at around 4:30 PM after receiving a report of a student allegedly making threats.

    Upon arrival, deputies conducted a thorough investigation and determined that the complaint was unfounded.

    Authorities confirmed that there is no active threat at the school at this time.

    So the author of the story has some reporting errors. This is a MIDDLE school, NOT a high school.The headline says high school, but the story says middle school. I thought they had an editor to make sure the information lines up. Thankfully, there were no injuries, and the threat was without merit.

    Just stupid, what is wrong with these kids today. Charge the parents and the kid. They need to give power back to teachers and principals. Bring back zero tolerance!!
