United Way creates long-term recovery fund for victims of April tornadoes
ARDMORE, Okla. (KXII) - The United Way of South Central Oklahoma is creating a fundraising committee for long-term recovery to provide more help for victims of the April 27th tornadoes. That means help for transportation infrastructure, health care facilities, homes, and essential businesses that have been affected by the tornadoes.

ARDMORE, Okla. (KXII) - An Ardmore woman has been found guilty of the 2022 murder of a man who allegedly tried to steal her boyfriend’s truck. Police records state that 29-year-old Meghan Matthews allegedly shot and killed Gary Williams as he broke into her boyfriend’s truck and tried to drive away while they were visiting a friend on John Road in Ardmore.
