Nostalgic overload at the Stoogeum in Ambler
The Stoogeum was founded back in 2004 by Gary Lassin. He decided to start the museum after his massive Three Stooges collection got too large to contain. His private collection spans three floors of various exhibits all containing unique and, in some cases, one-of-a-kind memorabilia.
Interestingly, Gary has a family connection to the comedy trio, he married Larry Fine's grand niece.
As you walk into the door, you a greeted with a signature "Hellooo, hellooo, hellooo, hello!" and the nostalgia is non-stop from there. There are movie posters, promotional materials, toys, you name it. They even have a theatre where visitors can come and screen some of the classic episodes.
This is a must visit destination for any Three Stooges or comedy fan to come to. Just make sure you go to their website to schedule a visit as it is by appointment only.
