The restaurant, which first opened in Michigan, later expanded to the city where its owner grew up. The move gave the owner an opportunity to bring favorite Cuban-inspired foods back to her hometown of New York.

Frita Batidos, located near Domino Park in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, offers visitors a chance to experience Cuban-inspired cuisine in a waterfront neighborhood setting that has become a popular destination for both residents and tourists.
